Korvus WorkflowsWorkflow optimization and custom builds
Less busywork. Same team.
We map how the work actually gets done, find the manual steps and handoffs that slow it down, then fix them: a better process, automation between the tools you have, or software built for your business.
Why Workflows
Know the price before the work.
What we do
Fix the process. Then build what's missing.
Workflow optimization
We sit with the people doing the work, map every step, and find the copy-paste, the chasing, and the double entry. Often the fix is a better process before it is any software at all.
Automation and integrations
Connect the systems you already pay for so data moves on its own. Orders, invoices, and customer records stop getting retyped between tools, and a person signs off on the exceptions.
Custom builds
When off-the-shelf tools don't fit, we build software around how your business actually runs. It can replace a pile of subscriptions or the spreadsheet only one person understands.
Straight answers
Sometimes the answer is not to build.
A review that tells you what to keep.
Every tool you pay for gets a verdict. If a subscription is doing its job, we say so. If a build isn't worth it, scoping says that too, and you keep the plan.
A build you can see before you buy it.
Scoping ends with a clickable prototype of the core workflow and a fixed-price proposal, so you sign off on something you have used, not a slide deck.
How it works
From a free review to a system that keeps running.
Free review
See where the time goes
A short call, then a written review: the tools you pay for, the manual steps, and what is worth keeping, combining, or replacing, with rough ranges for any build.
Scope
A plan you can click
A short, fixed-fee sprint: written requirements, a clickable prototype of the core workflow, and a fixed-price proposal. The fee is credited toward the build.
Build
Fixed fee, by milestone
Paid against milestones you can see working, never against a vague go-live date. Changes are priced and approved in writing before work starts.
Care
Kept running
A care plan covers hosting, security updates, monitoring, fixes, backups, and a few hours of improvements each month, so the system keeps up with the business.
